This Vehicle Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Blackstone Thirty Three LLC (d/b/a B33 Rentals, “Company”) and the undersigned renter (“Renter”).

1) Renter Responsibility

• Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, theft, towing, impound fees, citations, parking tickets, tolls, cleaning, fuel, excess mileage, administrative fees, and other charges during the rental.
• Renter must maintain a valid driver’s license and comply with all laws.

2) Insurance Requirement

• Renter must have liability insurance valid for operating the vehicle.
• If Renter lacks full physical damage coverage, Renter agrees to purchase supplemental protection (e.g., RentalCover.com) as required by Company policy.

3) Assignment of Insurance Benefits (AOB)

Renter irrevocably assigns, transfers, and conveys to Blackstone Thirty Three LLC any and all rights, claims, and benefits under any applicable insurance or protection product (including Renter’s auto policy, RentalCover.com, or other third-party coverage) arising from damage to or loss of the rented vehicle.

1. Company may file and pursue claims directly.
2. Company may negotiate and settle claims.
3. Insurers/administrators are authorized and directed to pay covered amounts directly to Blackstone Thirty Three LLC.

Renter waives any right to redirect or retain such payments and agrees to promptly endorse any misdirected payments to Company.

4) Payment Authorization & Post‑Trip Charges

• Renter authorizes charges to the card on file for tolls, tickets, fines, fuel replacement, excess mileage, cleaning, loss‑of‑use, towing, storage, administrative fees, and repairs, including amounts discovered after return.
• A security deposit hold may be placed and captured partially or in full to satisfy any balance due.

5) Failure to Return / Conversion

• Failure to return on time may be deemed a conversion of property and treated as vehicle theft under applicable law. Company may report the vehicle as stolen and pursue recovery; Renter is liable for loss‑of‑use and recovery costs.

6) Permitted & Prohibited Use

• Vehicle may be used for rideshare or delivery (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart) only with Company’s express authorization and any required endorsements.
• No illegal activity, racing, off‑road use, towing, or sub‑rental.

7) Routine Issues During Rental

• Renter is responsible for flat tires or blowouts, dead batteries, lockouts/lost keys, fuel/fluids, and roadside needs.

8) Indemnification

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Blackstone Thirty Three LLC from third‑party claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from Renter’s use or possession of the vehicle.

9) Electronic Records & Signatures

Renter consents to use of electronic records and signatures under the ESIGN Act and Texas UETA; a typed/drawn e‑signature with captured IP/timestamp is legally binding.

10) Governing Law

Texas law governs this Agreement.
